Terms and Conditions

ClassMovies™ is a division of HomeStudios® Pty Ltd.

1. ClassMovies offers a seven day full refund if you are not happy with your DVD.
   
2. The purchaser acknowledges that copyright of the ClassMovie DVD vests with HomeStudios. Under no circumstances will the purchaser make copies for any reason. Copying is easily detected and will result in the cancellation of the program at the school.
   
3. All DVDs are tested before shipping. HomeStudios cannot be held liable for DVDs damaged by mishandling, wear and tear, or age.
4. DVDs will be delivered to the school and sent home with your child. Orders can be placed at any time quoting your class code.  Home delivery will take place for orders placed during end of year holidays.  Class codes must be included.  The school will be advised of all holiday delivery details.
